Isollat's ambitious project in the Middle East. Innovation and Energy Efficiency

Earlier this year, the Islamic Republic of Iran launched a national project to optimize energy efficiency in the oil and gas sector.
One of the most urgent issues is the energy efficiency of the main transportation of crude oil and oil water.
Standard solutions for thermal insulation of these oil pipelines could not provide the required parameters for a number of reasons. At present the pilot project on thermal insulation of these pipelines is realized with application of liquid-ceramic combined coating “ Isollat-effect-100”.
Due to the unique properties of this combined coating it was possible to provide not only the required thermal performance, but also high resistance to atmospheric destructive factors and vandal resistance.
The design of facilities such as oil pipelines is always complicated by the presence of many flange connections and adjacent branches, which often have problems with the tightness of thermal insulation. This inevitably leads to additional heat losses, violation of integrity and reduction of service life of thermal insulation. Izollat-Effect-100” combined coating successfully solves all the above mentioned problems and provides a consistently high level of efficiency.
We wish success to our partners in the Islamic Republic of Iran and thank them for their work!
