Isollat at Ford plant in Turkey

           At the Ford plant in Eskisehir, Turkey, heat insulation of a high-temperature industrial furnace using ultra-thin, liquid Isollat-02 heat insulation has been successfully completed. In order to achieve safe temperatures on the external surface of the furnace, specialists of Spetstech Ltd. developed an individual technical solution focused on the fulfillment of the set tasks.

            The application of thermal insulation layer was carried out by our Turkish colleagues using airless apparatus under high pressure, which guaranteed uniform and high-quality coating. Thanks to the use of Isollat-02 thermal insulation it was possible to ensure safe conditions of furnace operation and eliminate the risk of burns, which is important for working with high-temperature equipment in industrial conditions.

            These measures have significantly increased the level of safety and efficiency of the plant, which confirms the reliability and high performance characteristics of our product.
